Returns and Refund Policy

Overview

If you cancel an order after it has been processed but before it has been shipped or less than 24hrs after receiving order confirmation from us, we will issue 100% refund. If you cancel order which is in transit or more than 24hrs after receiving confirmation email from us, we may charge a fee of 25% of the order value.  Within 10 working days, we will issue a refund after deducting the applicable fee.

Refund or Return will not be accepted for cancellations with more than 72 hrs of orders

To be eligible for a return and/or refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards / Gift Packing charges / Bookmarks

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, software, scratchable keys on the book cover that has been opened.
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts/pages for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is requested for return after 24 hours after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received, we will inspect the book condition within 3 calendar days of receiving the book, and we will send you an email to confirm the reception of your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

After Confirmation mail sent to you, refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 to 7 days based on the card or payment service provider.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card company again, it may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

Wherever feasible or applicable we will provide shipping service for returns, and you will be responsible for the proper handover of the product to the return pickup service provider,

In case of a non-serviceable area or pin code for return shipping pickup, you will be responsible for the arrangement of return shipping, And the expenses incurred for the return shipping may be refunded up to the shipping charges incurred by us for forward shipping of the order, if any additional expense incurred for the return shipping has to be borne by the customer, Shipping expenses for the out of policy return will not be borne by us,
